All our cars have sunpass installed free of charge.

Sunpass is the device that makes it easier for you to pass through toll booths without stopping.

Tolls are charged at the end of the rental. We will calculate the fees via the Sunpass website and send you the invoice.

Como é o abastecimento, que tipo de combustivel devo usar?

Para abastecimento, use gasolina comum E87. A maioria dos nossos veículos utilizam esse tipo de combustível, caso o combustivel seja diferente, você será avisado. 🚗⛽

Abastecer na Flórida é bem simples! Siga esses passos:

Escolha o posto: Existem diversas redes de postos, como Shell, Chevron, Wawa, 7-Eleven, e Exxon.
Escolha a bomba: Pare o carro ao lado de uma bomba de combustível.
Pagamento: Normalmente, você paga diretamente na bomba com cartão de crédito ou débito. Se preferir, pode pagar dentro da loja de conveniência.
Abastecimento:
Levante a alavanca na bomba (se necessário).
Selecione o tipo de combustível (gasolina comum é a mais usada).
Insira a mangueira no tanque e aperte o gatilho para começar a abastecer.

Finalizando: A bomba vai parar automaticamente quando o tanque estiver cheio. Retire a mangueira e coloque-a de volta na bomba.

Política de Devolução, Limpeza do Veículo e Abastecimento

Devolução do Veículo
Ao devolver o veículo, pedimos que ele seja entregue na mesma condição em que foi alugado, salvo o desgaste normal de uso.

Abastecimento
O veículo será entregue com o tanque cheio, e solicitamos que seja devolvido da mesma forma. Caso o veículo seja devolvido com o tanque abaixo do nível inicial, será cobrada uma taxa de reabastecimento com base no preço local do combustível, acrescida de uma taxa administrativa.

Limpeza
Se, ao devolver o carro, for constatado que os bancos estão manchados com líquidos, os tapetes estão sujos com areia de praia, ou houver restos de comida ou snacks no interior, será aplicada uma taxa de limpeza (Cleaning Fee) de $30.

Em casos que exijam uma limpeza profissional detalhada, a taxa será de $200.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and it may be necessary to cancel your car reservation. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure you have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation according to your needs.

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 30 to 60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all car reservations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
